• Update your  Malware Virus Spyware (MVS) software and ensure that it is running correctly
• Software and Driver Updates will be installed
• The Operating System (OS) will be updated and patched to the latest version of the currently installed OS
  
• Unused and Unneeded Programs will be removed
• The registry will be examined and cleaned of unnecessary clutter
• Temporary and unneeded files will be removed
• The Hard Drive will be De-fragmented
  
• Unnecessary start-up programs will be disabled

Advanced Computer Repair

In addition to the basic computer repair service, your computer will undergo the following services:

• MBAM will be fully activated in your name and a copy of your ID and Serial Key will be provided to you.

• Up to 8 GB of data will be backed up to CD or DVD, giving you the extra comfort of having an additional copy of important files and family digital photos.  Do you have thousands of digital photos you have collected of your family and friends?  If your hard drive fails or a virus attacks, you could lose them all!  Let me back them up for you so you can store them in a safe place!

• Diagnostics will be performed on your computer to check for additional hardware problems.  Let me find the problem before it becomes a problem!

• Is it time to upgrade you computer?  If you need more RAM, a cd/dvd burner, more hard drive space or even a wireless card - the installation fees will be waved during the repair.

Upgrade to Windows 7 or Transfer Your Data to a New Machine

offsite - $100 → onsite - $225 + $40/hr after the 3rd Hour

•  All of your data will be transfered to the new OS or Machine

•   Installed applications and their associated settings/registry entries, including any custom software / All software - so long as you can provide the serial key(s) - will be installed on the new OS or Machine
  * An addition fee of $20 will be applied if machine is a member of a domain
•  Application add-ons, including CRM add-ons integrated with MS Outlook will be transfered to the new OS or Machine

•  All user accounts will be transfered to the new OS or Machine

•  All of the Basic Computer Repair functions will be performed

•  If you do not have a copy of windows 7 the following charges will be added if you are upgrading from XP or Vista:
